Return & Exchange Policy
At Crispy Crunchz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please get in touch with us to arrange a return or exchange. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if something doesn't meet your expectations, we will make it right. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
Basic Terms & Conditions of Shipping
Shipping Time: 3-4 business days. Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 3-4 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible. Every customer will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled. No delivery charges will incur for an order canceled within 24 hours from the initial order.
